IW programmes are based on a model of turning self-harming behaviours used by many children and adults who struggle with managing their feelings, into self-nurturing, self-awareness and self-care.

 

Increase your skills and knowledge about trauma and stresses impact on the mind/body balance and how to support children and adults understanding of this to regain balance, reduce episodes of low mood and distress and develop resilience. Resilience can be developed at any age and stage.
